Phase I of Majaal will supply the market with 12,000 square metres of storage area, targeting small to medium businesses that require storage space. It will encompass three sheds developed on a site area of 20,000 square metres. The sheds will be divided into individual units, starting with 250 square metres, and with an option to combine them to accommodate larger tenants.
Storage space will be offered for lease in units of 250 square metres, 500 square metres and 1,000 square metres. Each unit type will exhibit different technical specifications serving the different tenants' needs.
