The following are classed as prohibited goods and are not to be stored:
- Foodstuff
- Living plants & animals
- Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents
- Un-authorized or illegal goods such as firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
How many parking spaces will there be within the development? How many spaces dedicated to each tenant?

Does MAJAAL have online services for the tenants?
Yes, each tenant shall have a user account and password where they will be able to access the warehouse data remotely. Furthermore be able to pay and receive charges due for the storage.
